Management due diligence has been around as an activity for at least twenty years but due to changing investor requirements, and a variety of approaches from providers, it has evolved into several different types of work which need different names. In that context, we’d like to introduce a new name for what mid-market investors seem to be asking for most: Team and Organisation Strategy.
We share our thoughts on why this has happened and a comparison of the three types of offerings we think now exist.
