This breadth of experience provides him with profound insights into numerous businesses and management teams from an insider's perspective.

After ~635 projects, we feel like we have a lot of stories, thoughts and data we can offer back to those we work with. So, for the last 2-3 years we have carried out around 35 90-minute (and complimentary) sessions with PE investment and portfolio teams across five topics.

We felt it was time to freshen up the topics.

Management due diligence has been around as an activity for at least twenty years but due to changing investor requirements, and a variety of approaches from providers, it has evolved into several different types of work which need different names. In that context, we’d like to introduce a new name for what mid-market investors seem to be asking for most: Team and Organisation Strategy.

We share our thoughts on why this has happened and a comparison of the three types of offerings we think now exist.
