Background
Catherine spent more than 25 years as an investor, initially at 3i then mostly in Barclays Private Equity and ended up as head of UK portfolio for Equistone. From 2013, she moved into a role as serial Chair and NED across a range of companies and continues to take on roles there. She has held 31 board positions to date.
