Background
Hazel trained as a Chartered Accountant, moved into corporate finance and then joined 3i as an investor. She subsequently opened London offices for American private equity and venture capital investors before becoming an adviser on senior appointments for a range of mid-market investors including LDC, GCP and Gresham House. She has sat on many boards.
