Background
Katy was a pioneer in the world of management due diligence from the early 2000s, having previously worked for Bain & Co., Rothchild’s and Sainsbury’s. Over the last few years, she has created a business, Aptimore, which provides a tech-enabled platform to support efficient and effective management development. Katy also works on Catalysis pre- and post-deal projects.
