After time as a software engineer and strategy consultant, Simon spent 18 years as an investor, ending up as CEO for Baird Capital across Europe and Chair of the BVCA. He then moved seven years ago to a new career as a head-hunter with Odgers Berndtson where he has carried out more than 80 searches.
